Below are my Terms of Service, this will the agreement between you/the commissioner and myself.

By placing an order/purchasing a commission, you are agreeing to my terms of service. Failure to read and/or follow my TOS will subject you to being blacklisted/denied any further business with me.
AI processing of my art, including commissions is prohibited.
NFTs created from my art is also prohibited. Doing so will result in an instant blacklist and block.
My TOS is to protect both myself and you as a client so it's very important it be read in full . Thank you for your interest in my art and I look forward to working with you!


1. Requesting A Commission
_{A. When purchasing a commission slot, please make sure the form with all information is properly filled out!B. Before completing your commission request for a slot, please read section 2 entirely to make sure what you are requesting is not one of the prohibited subjects.C. All commission request forms must be completed, approved and paid for before being added to the queue. Make sure reference sheets are clear to read and have a flat color palette if it’s shaded. Traditional references may be accepted on a case by case basis. No SL, IMVU or multiple screenshots. NSFW references are allowed.D. I have the right to reject a commission based on reasons including but not limited to: an incorrectly filled out form, requests for prohibited subjects, violation of my TOS, not able to fill request, etc}


2. Prohibited Subjects, Themes and Characters
_{A. Your commission WILL be denied if the following subjects/themes are requested. No exceptions will be made whatsoever. Do not ask me to ''give it a try'', these are hard limits I will not budge from, PERIOD.B. Subjects include but are not limited to: Bestiality/zoophilia, scat, hardcore fetish/bondage, cub/underage characters, vore, crush, humiliation, lactation, watersports, diaper dirty/wet, macro, micro, flatulence, fat fetish/unrealistic body proportions, vore, depictions of sexual assault, violence/heavy gore, mechanical/armor/cyborg, cars/planes, political/religious standing or opinions, anything meant to hurt or harass another user or group. Feral subjects will not be accepted for NSFW themes.C. Characters with multiple limbs, heads, breasts or genitals will not be accepted. Exceptions are subject to change as I see fit.}


3. Payments & RefundsAt least 50% of payment must be made up front, remaining 50% is due upon approval of sketch.
_{A. Payments can be made via PayPal invoice, Ko-fi system, Venmo or CashApp. You must fill out the form fully and accurately, including add-ons before requesting.
B. Refunds will only be given in full if no work has started on the commission. If commission has been started, refunds will be given minus the amount of work completed already. By requesting a refund, you forfeit the rights to that commission for me to do as I see fit (resell/make into YCH, create bases, etc.)C. You may NOT request a refund or chargeback as a way to inform me. Send a note with your request and your refund will be given as soon as possible.}


4. Updates & WIPs
_{A. Updates and works in progress screenshots will be provided as work progresses to next stage or as requested. Trello will be updated as often as possible.B. Sketches are to be approved by client before continuing on. If the sketch is not to your satisfaction, client may request 1 resketch for the commission concept. . In doing so, you are forfeiting the original sketch given to you for me to do with whatever I see fit (resell/make into YCH, create bases, etc.)C. All resketches after the 1st redo, will be subject to a fee based upon the size of the changes to compensate my time spent.D. Once sketch has been approved and has moved onto the inking stage, you may not request any changes of pose, theme, clothing, character, etc. The approval stage is the time to make changes. Small fixes such as adding piercings, accessory is on the wrong side and such are the only fixes after line work is done.}


5. Completion and Upload
_{A. Once your piece is completed, you will receive a full res, watermarked version via Dropbox.B. You or any other artists may not alter the finished commission in any way or remove/crop my watermark or you will be blacklisted from purchasing any further work from me.C. You may post your finished piece on any platform you please as long as proper credit is attached to it. You may use it for social media icons, banners, profile pics, etc.}
